What happens next
Your request goes in right away
You get an email confirming we have it, and a text at the same time if you ticked the message box. The time you picked is not locked in yet.
We confirm the time
A person looks at the request and confirms it, and you get a second confirmation with the details. If the time you picked does not work on our side, we come back with options instead of leaving you waiting.
We come to the vehicle and look at it under proper light
About 30 minutes. Hail damage does not photograph reliably, so the inspection happens at the car and not over pictures.
You get a written estimate at no charge, and you decide
You will know exactly what we found before anything happens to your vehicle. There is no obligation to proceed.
Where hail lands on a car
Hail falls close to vertical, so it collects on the flat panels and mostly misses the doors and the sides. Those three panels are where the damage count is decided.
